Working at NSTS... What should you expect?

Today Sarah and I started another day at the NSTS headquarters in Valletta. This day was quite different for me than the past days. The first days they gave me an excel file with an e-mail list consisting of 19000 members that I had to rearrange in the right order. After a few days this job was actually getting really boring. So our teacher Mr. Smolderen had a meeting with the person who is in charge of the Human Resources. And everything changed radically! Today they gave me a completely different and new job: I had to call the company's who had a deal with NSTS about their ISIC student cards. I had to look for company's who would be willing to give the students connected with NSTS an extra discount for the members of the student card. I had to call them up and ask if they would be able to offer the students something extra on top of the normal discount. This was a real experience for me and in the beginning it was rather stressful but it all worked out well and my boss was also quite pleased about the work I achieved. After this hard work we all came home really exhausted after a stressful and heavy working week. But no stress! Tomorrow is a public holiday so we have an extra day off. Tonight we will celebrate this with a great party in Paceville. In Pine 6 we all ate "Maltese fries" together with our friend Mr. Smolderen, who will also join us later this evening. A nice ending of our week. Tomorrow Kevin will tell us what we did on our day off (Probably not much!).
