Another workingday at the Corinthia Palace Hotel ...

Today I woke up at 7 o'clock. Together with Niki and Sally I took the bus at 7.45. There was a lot of traffic on the road to Valletta so we were a little too late to take our second bus to Attard. Eventually we arrived at work at 9.15. This morning I had to make calls to people who had stayed at our hotel for the Christmas dinner and New Year's Eve Dinner. I had to ask them if they wanted to join us for our Easter buffet. To those who were interested I had to sent an e-mail with our menu and the prices. After this job it was already time for my lunch with Sally and Niki. We all enjoyed lovely penne with tomato sauce. In the afternoon the chef called me to tell me that there were some changes in the menu. So it was my job to adapt tonight's menu. I did what he asked and printed the new menu for this evening. And afterwards I had to glue the menus in the menu cards. Time passed quickly and at 3 o'clock it was time to go back to our flat. For dinner we had shrimps in cream sauce.
